  • Carried out briefing calls to flesh out the objective

  • Wrote the briefs alongside the client

  • Lead the design team and delegated tasks accordingly around the group

  • Presented to the client and took feedback onboard

  • Final delivery to an extremely happy client

A series of projects from a recurring monthly retainer with BT Group.
These requests tended to be last minute with a quick turnaround.
