Visuals created to accompany a research survey, shedding light on the daily challenges faced by Openreach engineers. The survey explores everything from the unique homes they've visited and the quirky pets they've encountered to the quantity and quality of cups of tea they've received along the way. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a good story?
